Final billable time is the greater of 2 hours or your documented service time rounded up to the next 15-minute increment. We subtract all settled payments, net of refunds, from the final service total. An overpayment is refunded; any additional amount is sent by secure invoice and is never charged automatically.
Travel between separate loading and unloading locations counts toward billable job time. The crew’s initial commute to your first location does not. Any applicable additional fee must be disclosed before booking.
